How to Request a Cancellation or Modification:

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our support team immediately through our email: cs@peties.com . We will do our best to assist you promptly.

Timeframe for Changes:

  • You can cancel or modify your order within two (2) hours of placing it.
  • After this two-hour window, your order will be locked for processing, and we will be unable to make any further changes.

Important Information Regarding Modifications:

  • Modifying your order may extend the production time by 1-2 business days.
  • Changes to your design may require additional processing time, potentially impacting the overall delivery timeline.

Please Note:

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that all modification requests can be accommodated, even within the two-hour timeframe, especially if the order is already in production.
  • Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure accuracy.
